State/UT-wise Un-Natural Deaths due to Collapse of Structure during 2015

There were 1885 Un-Natural deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure in India during 2015. Out of these 1885 deaths due to Collapse of Structure; the number of males, females and transgenders were 1336 (70.88%), 549 (29.12%) and 0 (0%) respectively. The top 5 States/UTs in terms of number of deaths due to Collapse of Structure during 2015 were: Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan.

In Uttar Pradesh 360 Un-Natural deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure during 2015, which accounted 19.1% of total deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure in India during the year. Out of these 360 deaths due to Collapse of Structure; 246 (68.33%) were male and 114 (31.67%) were female. In Madhya Pradesh 217 Un-Natural deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure during 2015, which accounted 11.51% of total deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure in India during the year. Out of these 217 deaths due to Collapse of Structure; 162 (74.65%) were male and 55 (25.35%) were female. In Maharashtra 187 Un-Natural deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure during 2015, which accounted 9.92% of total deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure in India during the year. Out of these 187 deaths due to Collapse of Structure; 123 (65.78%) were male and 64 (34.22%) were female.

In Gujarat 173 Un-Natural deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure during 2015, which accounted 9.18% of total deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure in India during the year. Out of these 173 deaths due to Collapse of Structure; 133 (76.88%) were male and 40 (23.12%) were female. In Rajasthan 130 Un-Natural deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure during 2015, which accounted 6.9% of total deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure in India during the year. Out of these 130 deaths due to Collapse of Structure; 92 (70.77%) were male and 38 (29.23%) were female.

The above mentioned top 5 states accounted for 56.6% of the total deaths reported due to Collapse of Structure in India as a whole during 2015.

There were 10 States/UTs namely Tripura, Manipur, Sikkim, Mizoram, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, A & N Island, Daman & Diu and Lakshadweep; which had reported 0 (Zero) deaths due to Collapse of Structure during 2015.
